The Brick Hut Pre-Order Policy

Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve products before release.

Supplier Allocations

All pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation.

Although we work hard to secure sufficient stock, manufacturers and distributors occasionally reduce retailer allocations without notice.

If this happens, orders will normally be fulfilled in the order they were received unless otherwise stated.

Release Dates

Release dates are supplied by manufacturers and are subject to change.

The Brick Hut cannot guarantee manufacturer release dates.

Payment

Payment is taken when your order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Split Shipments

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be held until all items become available unless separate shipping has been purchased.

Allocation Shortfalls

If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will offer either:

• a full refund; or

• an agreed alternative product.

Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel pre-orders before dispatch.

Once dispatched, our normal Returns Policy applies.

Price Changes

Once a pre-order has been accepted, the purchase price will not increase even if our retail price changes before release.

Promotional Items

Where manufacturers include promotional items, these are supplied while stocks last and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, customs, shipping providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
