The Brick Hut Subscription Service Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all subscriptions purchased through The Brick Hut website and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Availability

The Brick Hut subscription service is limited to a maximum number of active memberships. Membership availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

We reserve the right to increase, reduce, suspend or permanently close membership applications at any time.

2. Eligibility

Subscribers must be aged 18 or over or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Membership is intended for genuine collectors and players and may not be purchased for commercial resale purposes.

3. Subscription Length

Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed three-month term.

Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is successfully processed.

4. Payments

Payment is taken automatically using your chosen payment method.

If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend your subscription until payment has been received.

Persistent failed payments may result in your membership being cancelled.

5. Allocated Products

Subscribers receive priority access to eligible products as advertised within their subscription tier.

Whilst we work closely with suppliers, some products remain subject to supplier allocations.

Where supplier allocations are lower than expected, we reserve the right to substitute benefits with products or rewards of equal or greater value.

6. Fair Use

Membership is intended to benefit individual collectors and players.

We reserve the right to cancel memberships where we reasonably believe:

• products are being purchased primarily for resale;

• multiple memberships are held to bypass purchase limits;

• fraudulent activity has occurred.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your customer account.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally refund any payments already made for the current subscription period.

8. Changes to Benefits

We may update subscription benefits where necessary to reflect supplier changes, product availability or improvements to the service.

Where a significant reduction in benefits occurs, we will provide reasonable notice wherever possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for abuse of the service, fraudulent activity, chargebacks or repeated breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
