The Brick Hut Trading Card & Collectibles Condition Policy

The Brick Hut supplies genuine trading cards and collectibles sourced from authorised distributors and trusted suppliers.

Factory Condition

Trading cards, booster packs, boxes and sealed products are manufactured to varying tolerances.

Minor imperfections including:

  • print lines;

  • off-centre printing;

  • small scratches;

  • factory edge wear;

  • packaging marks;

  • shrink-wrap imperfections;

  • seal variations;

are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and do not constitute faults.

Grading

We do not guarantee that any card will achieve a particular grading score from PSA, Beckett, CGC or any other grading company.

Individual grading outcomes remain subjective.

Sealed Products

Factory seals may show minor cosmetic imperfections.

Unless a product has been materially damaged before dispatch, cosmetic seal imperfections alone are not grounds for return.

Singles

Unless otherwise stated:

Near Mint (NM) cards may still display very minor handling or manufacturing marks.

Card condition is assessed according to generally accepted UK hobby standards.

Packaging Damage

Where only the outer packaging has cosmetic damage but the product inside remains unopened and undamaged, this will not normally be treated as a fault.

Pull Rates

All sealed products contain random contents.

The Brick Hut does not guarantee:

  • specific cards;

  • rarity distribution;

  • chase cards;

  • pull rates;

  • investment value.

Market Prices

Trading card prices are influenced by market conditions and may change without notice.

Price changes after purchase do not entitle customers to refunds or compensation.

Counterfeit Protection

Any product found to have been tampered with, resealed or altered after delivery will not be eligible for refund.

The Brick Hut reserves the right to inspect all returned products before issuing refunds.
