A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is officially released, helping you secure popular or limited products in advance.

📦 Is my pre-order guaranteed?

Not always.
While we do everything we can to fulfil all pre-orders, our stock is dependent on suppliers. This means:

• Stock may be limited or reduced
• Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis

⚠️ What does “stock allocation” mean?

Sometimes suppliers limit how much stock we receive.
If this happens:

• We may not receive enough to cover all pre-orders
• Orders will be fulfilled in order date/time priority

⏳ Can release dates change?

Yes.
Release dates are set by suppliers and can:

• Be delayed
• Change without notice

If this happens, we will update you as soon as possible.

🔥 What happens with high-demand items?

For very popular products (e.g. Pokémon, Lorcana, LEGO exclusives):

• Demand may exceed supply
• Supplier restrictions may apply

This means some orders may be:

• Delayed
• Partially fulfilled
• Cancelled (if allocation is reduced)

💳 What happens if my order can’t be fulfilled?

If we are unable to supply your item:

• You will receive a full refund, or

📬 When will my pre-order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch:

• On or just before release day

• Orders with multiple items may ship when all items are available

🔁 What if stock is reduced after I’ve ordered?

If we receive less stock than expected:

🎴 Pokémon Pack Purchase Limits – FAQ

We limit Pokémon pack purchases to a maximum of 10 booster packs per customer to ensure fair access for everyone in our community.

Pokémon products are incredibly popular, and without limits, a small number of buyers could purchase large quantities, leaving others—especially younger fans—missing out.

❓ Is this to stop resellers?

Partly, yes.
Our goal is to prioritise genuine players, collectors, and families rather than bulk buying for resale.

We want our products to be enjoyed, opened, and played with—not cleared off the shelves instantly.

❓ Why 10 packs specifically?

10 packs allows customers to:

• Enjoy a meaningful opening experience
• Build decks or collections
• Still leave plenty of stock for others

It’s a balance between fairness and fun.

❓ Can I come back later and buy more?

We may restrict repeat purchases within a short timeframe to keep things fair, especially during high-demand releases.

If stock is still available later, we’ll always try to accommodate where possible.

At The Brick Hut, we’re all about community first 💜

• Kids to experience opening packs
• Players to enjoy the game

Why do you have anti-scalping rules?
Because this is for collectors, not resellers. We want you to get products at MSRP/RRP — not inflated prices elsewhere.

Can you stop scalping completely?
No — but we do everything we can to make it difficult and keep things fair.

What do you actually do?

• Limit orders (especially Pokémon)
• Monitor buying behaviour
• Enforce strict item limits
• Remove outer wrap on ETBs when splitting packs
• Black out barcodes & mark packaging

Why remove packaging or mark items?
To make resale harder and keep products in the hands of people who actually want to open and enjoy them.

Does this affect the product?
Not at all — everything inside is 100% genuine and untouched.

Why purchase limits?
So more people get a chance. We’re here for the many, not the few.

Which products does this apply to?
Mainly high-demand items — especially Pokémon.

What’s the benefit to me?
Fair prices. Better availability. No fighting scalpers.
