The Brick Hut Pokémon Collector Club – Subscription Policy

Effective Date: 29^th June 2026

1. Our Mission

The Brick Hut Pokémon Collector Club has been created to support genuine Pokémon collectors by providing fairer access to Pokémon Trading Card Game products at recommended retail prices (RRP).

Our goal is simple: reduce the impact of automated purchasing, bulk buying and scalping, while giving genuine collectors a fair opportunity to purchase products from a trusted retailer.

The Collector Club is not designed as a guaranteed product allocation service, but as a community that rewards genuine collectors with exclusive purchasing opportunities.

2. Membership Fee

Membership is charged at:

£19.99 every three (3) months

There is no joining fee.

Your membership will automatically renew every three months unless cancelled before your next renewal date.

3. Limited Membership

To ensure every member receives genuine value from their subscription, The Brick Hut intentionally limits the number of active Collector Club memberships.

At launch, membership is limited to 20 active members.

Once all memberships have been allocated:

• New memberships will be unavailable.
• Customers may join a waiting list.
• Additional memberships may become available if existing members cancel or if The Brick Hut increases capacity.

We will only increase membership numbers when we are satisfied that doing so will not reduce the quality of the membership experience.

Our commitment is simple:

We will never knowingly sell more memberships than we believe we can provide meaningful value for.

4. Membership Benefits

Active members may receive access to:

• Priority access to selected Pokémon pre-orders.
• Exclusive member-only Pokémon restocks.
• Access to the private Pokémon Collector Club Discord server.
• Early notifications of new releases.
• Member-only announcements.
• Selected exclusive promotions.
• Early access purchasing opportunities before products become available to the general public.

Membership benefits may evolve as the Collector Club grows.

5. Early Access

Collector Club members will receive priority purchasing opportunities whenever possible.

However:

• Early access does not guarantee product availability.
• Stock allocations remain subject to supplier availability.
• Some Pokémon releases may not be included within the Collector Club.
• Product availability may vary between releases.

Membership provides an opportunity to purchase before the general public—not a guaranteed allocation.

6. Fair Purchase Limits

To ensure as many members as possible have an opportunity to purchase products, The Brick Hut reserves the right to apply purchase restrictions including:

• One product per member.
• One order per household.
• One order per delivery address.
• One order per payment method.
• Quantity limits on selected products.

Purchase limits may differ between releases.

7. Anti-Scalping Policy

The Collector Club has been created exclusively for genuine collectors.

To protect the integrity of the membership, The Brick Hut actively monitors:

• Multiple customer accounts.
• Multiple memberships within the same household.
• Automated purchasing.
• Bulk purchasing.
• Attempts to bypass purchase limits.
• Any activity reasonably believed to be for commercial resale.

Where abuse is identified, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders.
• Cancel memberships.
• Remove Collector Club benefits.
• Refuse future memberships.

Membership fees will not be refunded where abuse of the scheme has occurred.

8. Membership Renewals

Membership renews automatically every three months.

Members are responsible for ensuring payment details remain current.

Should payment fail, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully received.

9. Cancellation

Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time through their account.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect the remainder of the current paid subscription period.

Membership benefits will continue until the expiry date.

10. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by applicable UK consumer legislation.

As membership grants immediate access to exclusive benefits and purchasing opportunities, refunds will not normally be issued for unused membership periods.

11. Discord Access

Active members will receive access to the private Pokémon Collector Club Discord server.

Discord access is a membership benefit and is available only while an active subscription is maintained.

Access may be removed if:

• Membership expires.
• Membership is cancelled and reaches its expiry date.
• Membership is terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Discord community rules are repeatedly or seriously breached.

12. Product Availability

The Brick Hut works hard to secure the best possible supplier allocations.

However, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific products.
• Product quantities.
• Allocation sizes.
• Availability of every Pokémon release.

Membership grants access to exclusive purchasing opportunities only.

13. Changes to Membership

The Brick Hut reserves the right to update:

• Membership benefits.
• Subscription pricing.
• Purchase limits.
• Membership capacity.
• Early access arrangements.
• These Terms and Conditions.

Where significant changes affect existing members, reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible.

14. Suspension or Termination

The Brick Hut may suspend or terminate any membership where we reasonably believe a member has:

• Breached these Terms.
• Shared member-exclusive purchasing links or access.
• Attempted to bypass purchase restrictions.
• Used multiple accounts.
• Purchased products primarily for commercial resale.
• Engaged in fraudulent activity.
• Abused members of staff or the Collector Club community.

Termination decisions are made to protect the integrity of the Collector Club and ensure fair access for genuine collectors.

The Brick Hut was founded by collectors, for collectors.

The Pokémon Collector Club exists because we believe Pokémon products should be enjoyed by the people who love collecting them—not by automated bots or large-scale resellers.

By intentionally limiting membership numbers, enforcing fair purchase policies and investing in anti-scalping measures, we’re committed to creating a community where collectors have the best possible chance of buying Pokémon products at recommended retail prices.

I have one final suggestion that I think will make this stand out: instead of calling it a “Subscription Policy,” call it the “Pokémon Collector Club Charter.”

A “Charter” feels like a community pledge rather than a legal document, which fits your brand perfectly. You can still have formal Subscription Terms underneath for legal purposes, but the public-facing “Collector Club Charter” will resonate much more with genuine collectors and reinforce that this isn’t simply another paid membership—it’s a commitment to fair access.
